Had to wait a while before we were even served. Food and drink came quickly. Food was like out of the fryer was a shame

No matter what time we wanted to eat here, it was always closed. Then at least remove the outdoor advertising from the courts and delete the sentence: open from 11.

How can a sunny day be more beautiful? In the courtyard of the Rügenstube Sassnitz you can enjoy pure relaxation on holiday, a very idyllic garden has been set up with a beautiful view of the sea! The friendly staff cater to almost any of your wishes, and we loved the beautifully prepared food! All the best and hopefully a pleasant session! Lg

Friendly, maybe even a little over-the-top service. The food, unfortunately, not very intoxicating ... The food was on the table super quickly and also gives evidence of whether it is freshly prepared. Unfortunately it wasn't. Great ambience, but what good does that do if the food is just mediocre. Conclusion, price-performance does not fit. No card payment possible, which in the 21st century ... oh dear ...

Best restaurant on site. The meal was delicious. And the service was super nice and courteous. Thanks again for the excellent service. We would like to come again.

Today we were guests in the Rügenstube, extremely friendly waiter! Corona measures were observed by all guests. The food came quickly and was delicious, plus a sensational view of the Baltic Sea! The facility is sure to turn one's hat off to one or the other! We would love to come back Hello

We ate delicious schnitzel. The staff was super friendly and the waiting time wasn't long. In addition, there is a direct view of the sea. Highly recommended

Great atmosphere, waiter was friendly too. However, I go to a restaurant to get good food and not goods from the freezer - which are then warmed up in the deep fryer (everything that is fried - schnitzel, fish, etc.). I can do this at home and it is far cheaper. I would rather wait for fresh food than get frozen food quickly! NOT for the price!

"Rügenstube delivers" Just really great! Trained, friendly staff! Better service, you can't enjoy anywhere here, wine was recommended to go with the cod fillet! the waiter brings the food to the guest in a friendly and convincing manner, at this point a huge compliment to the kitchen, quick preparation despite the full restaurant with very good quality! Delicious food and reasonable prices. I found the waiters a little too eager - they could have left me and my companion alone until we had eaten or drinks were empty.

Wanted to have some food there. We didn't even come to the question of whether there was a place available. The employee just said we're full. Customer friendliness looks different. Never again!

Because of the size, I had my concerns about the quality. But we were surprised - the service was friendly, the food was of good quality and very tasty (and also inexpensive) and the decor was clean and cozy! We will be back!

The food was good and the flair is always nice, even if tables are only given outside. Inside, it is definitely cozy and the service is always friendly.

Salmon with chips or baked potato. Fish unfortunately apparently finished product. Although acceptable but unsatisfactory for a restaurant right on the waterfront. No card payment possible. At the current time quite amazing and for many arriving guests a reason to go again. The restaurant was open during the week for lunch, where many others were shot.

Highly recommended for a stop for coffee time overlooking the Baltic Sea beach - the offer of homemade cakes and pies is great. Atmosphere and staff very nice.

A great place with sea views. The food tasted good and were quickly finished. You can eat both inside and outside. The decoration has also impressed me - many antiques adorn this store. :) So a clear recommendation!

This waitresses made fun of us because we were vegan. they didn’t serve any vegan food. Don’t go to this stupid place. waitresses should be fired.

We were a bit confused by the many negative reviews, but were still eating there. It was delicious, we were even allowed to take our dog in with it. The food was regional and really tasty and good. The service was nice and funny. We will be back!

14th May, 2013. We (4 persons), stopped at this restaurant for some eating, to relax from a biking tour in Jasmund national park. We wanted to eat something, maybe fish. The waiter arrived quicky and was very arrogant and pushing about what we wanted to drink. As we had not yet decided on what to eat, we could not, fast enough for the waiter, give him our choices of drinkables. I asked him if he could speak to us in English, but the only thing that happened was that he went away and gave me the menu in English. English language was appearantly not an option for this individual. Finally we could satisfy him and tell him our wishes on drinking and eating and then we could relax and try to forget about this waiters bad behaviour for some minutes. After the dinner (not very super, to say the least), we asked for the bill and got the information that only cash, no card, applied in this restaurant. Luckily we had just enough cash to pay the bills. When giving us information about how much to pay, he just showed us the last line on the display of his handheld cashing register and asked us to accept the amount. So we did. On top of this, we did not get any receipt. If we can recommend the restaurant? I don't know, but the stupid waiter should be replaced as soon as possible. I regret one thing, why didn't we just leave the restaurant after first incidents?
